Order forms were passed out at school. They’re a great guide to the must-haves and most popular items. Order forms are also great for families who would like to pay by check, cash, or pay with a deposit. Order forms can be returned to us one of two ways:
- During you in-school order dates September 18th & 19th from 5:00-8:30 PM.
- In order to avoid delays and confusion, please do not turn in your order form to school during any other time.

When ordering by form, please make a copy for your records. You will also receive an email receipt when you include your email address. Orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of order placement. Minimum deposit amount is $100 and a valid email address must be included for all deposits.
Want to try before your buy? We’ll have many of the class rings in the catalog available during your in-school order days. We’ll be able to help with sizing and design as well!
