Name Cards
Don’t forget to personalize your annoucnement with a coordinated name card! All name cards are printed on vellum with text to match your announcment. Embossed name cards include a traditional raised border around the edge while foil name cards have a matching foil border with a cap and tassel along with your graduation year.
Announcement Tissues
Place these translucent vellum tissues inside your announcement to add a touch of elegance and formality to your stationery ensemble. Available in packages of 20 and printed locally in Ohio.
Envelope Seals
A final touch that refines your stationery ensemble. Matching envelope seals can be used on announcements, invitations and thank you notes to complete your ensemble. Printed on translucent matte acrylic and measuring approximately 1.125″ in diameter. Available in packages of 20 and printed locally in Ohio.
Shadow Status Tassel

Your senior year is finally here! Before you know it, you’ll walk with your classmates to Pomp and Circumstance, tossing your cap and playing cornhole at grad parties. So make sure that you’re ready for graduation day with your official Cap, Gown & Tassel.
The Dublin Coffman Cap and Gown is made from a richly woven and breathable kelly green polyester and includes a green and white tassel with a gold 2023 charm. Our gowns use custom sizes; please refer to the size chart at the bottom of this page to ensure proper fit.

What's the quickest way to order?
Using the online shop above is the quickest and most convenient way to place your order. Mail-in order forms are also available upon request.
Can I purchase an individual cap or tassel?
Absolutely! You may purchase a Cap and Tassel or Graduation Tassel a la carte. These match the gowns from 2021 or later with a tag that says "Buckeye Scholastic". If you have an older gown or a gown from a different manufacturer then we recommended ordering the complete Cap, Gown and Tassel.

I'm not sure if I ordered. Can I check?
Not a problem! All orders (online and by form) receive an email receipt. We recommend first searching your inbox and spam folder for "Buckeye Scholastic". If an order isn't showing up and you'd still like to double check, please message us using the contact tab above and include your email address, school, student's name and product (cap & gown, yearbook, etc.) We'll let you know if an order has been placed.
When is the best time to order?
We recommend ordering as soon as your school's ordering window opens. The steepest discounts are at the beginning of the school year.
Can I order after the deadline?
Due to supply chain disruptions and material availability, we strongly encourage families to order as early as possible to ensure that we'll be able to fulfill your order. Late orders may incur a later delivery date and/or rush charges. Some products, options and personalization are only available through January 31st.
Cap & Gown and Stationery
Graduation items are delivered during your school's scheduled delivery days on April 13th and 14th. You'll receive an advance notice email with detailed instructions 1-2 weeks before your items are ready to be picked up.
Apparel & Gear
Apparel and gear will ship directly to your home and may incur and additional shipping charge. Orders usually ship within 1-2 weeks.
Yearbook
Yearbooks will be delivered in late summer/early autumn 2023. Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors will be able to pick up their Yearbook during schedule pick-up. Senior Yearbooks will ship directly to your home.
Important Note
There is no charge for Cap and Gown and Stationery delivery for orders placed before the deadline. Rush charges and a later delivery date may apply for orders placed after the deadline.
October 15
EARLY-BIRD SPECIAL ENDS
October 15th is the final day to take advantage of the early-bird cap and gown sale. Orders placed before this date will automatically save 35% off the price of a Cap, Gown and Tassel.
September TBA
CAP & GOWN ORDER DATES Your reps will be in school during lunch on these days to collect order forms and answer questions. Caps and gowns will be available to take home for students who order during this time - availablity is first come first served!
January 31
CAP AND GOWN ORDER DEADLINE Cap and Gown orders MUST be placed before January 31st 2023 to ensure delivery before graduation.
April 13 & 14
CAP AND GOWN DELIVERY DAY Your reps will be in school to deliver caps and gowns. We'll also communicate this date via email to everyone who orders a cap, gown and tassel.

January 6 Price increase to $70 ($80 Senior)

April 30 Final day to purchase and submit Grad Ads
