What's the quickest way to order?
Using the online shop above is the quickest and most convenient way to place your order. Mail-in order forms are also available upon request.
Can I purchase an individual cap or tassel?
I'm not sure if I ordered. Can I check?
Not a problem! All orders (online and by form) receive an email receipt. We recommend first searching your inbox and spam folder for “Buckeye Scholastic”. If an order isn’t showing up and you’d still like to double check, please message us using the contact tab above and include your email address, school, student’s name and product (cap & gown, yearbook, etc.) We’ll let you know if an order has been placed.
When is the best time to order?
Many of our products are custom-made for you or your school. To help keep costs low and to pass those savings on to you, we ask that you place your order early in the school year. Early orders are guaranteed the very best pricing and availability.
Can I order after the deadline?
Late orders are subject to availability. While we make every effort to fulfill all orders, some products may sell out quickly!
How can I spread out payments?
Orders over $150 can qualify for four equal payments through Klarna. Qualifying orders will show this option at checkout. Terms apply.
Cap & Gown and Stationery
APRIL 11 & 12* Graduation items are delivered during your school's scheduled delivery days in April. You'll receive an advance notice email with detailed instructions 1-2 weeks before your items are ready to be picked up. *Subject to change.
Apparel & Gear
1-2 WEEKS Apparel and gear will ship directly to your home and may incur an additional shipping charge. Orders usually ship within 1-2 weeks.
Important Note
There is no charge for Cap & Gown and Stationery delivery for orders placed before the deadline. Rush charges and a later delivery date may apply for orders placed after the deadline.

CAP & GOWN ORDER DATES Your reps will be in school during lunch on these days to collect order forms and answer questions. Caps and gowns will be available to take home for students who order during this time - availablity is first come first served!
January 31
FINAL CAP AND GOWN ORDER DEADLINE
Cap and Gown orders MUST be placed before January 31st, 2024 to ensure delivery before graduation.
April 11 & 12
CAP AND GOWN DELIVERY DAY
Your reps will be in school to deliver caps and gowns. We'll also communicate this date via email to everyone who orders a cap, gown and tassel. *Subject to change.
